The combination of travel services offered to you is a package within the meaning of the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018. Therefore, you will benefit from all EU rights applying to packages; Johnsons Coach Travel will be fully responsible for the proper performance of the package as a whole.
Additionally, as required by law, Johnsons have protection in place to refund your payments and, where transport is included in the package, to ensure your repatriation in the event that they become insolvent. Johnsons are members of the Bonded Coach Holiday Group of the Confederation of Passenger Transport UK Ltd. This is a government approved consumer protection scheme. This ensures that in relation to the coach package holidays described in this brochure (or website) that the clients monies are protected by a Bond which may be called upon in the unlikely event of the members Insolvency. Clients are recommended to inspect the current membership certificate at our registered office or alternatively go to www.bch-uk.org or telephone 0207 240 3131 to confirm current membership.

We recommend you take out travel insurance for all holidays and it is a requirement of booking a Johnsons European Coach Holiday or one of our air and cruise holidays that you are insured, either with ourselves or another insurance provider. You will find the costs detailed in the information section of each holiday. All costs include Insurance Premium Tax.
This travel insurance policy carries no age loadings on our premiums. There is no health screening on our UK & Overseas Coach Holidays and European Cruises. For Worldwide Tours, a simple health check procedure is operated.
A copy of the Holiday Travel Insurance on offer through Johnsons is available on line at www.johnsonscoaches.co.uk and will be sent out with your holiday booking confirmation.
All prices quoted in are per person, unless otherwise stated.
To confirm your booking a £75 per person deposit is required for all coach holidays. Deposits for all air holidays are £250 per person and for our cruise holidays deposits are 20% of the holiday booking value.
Payments can be made by cash, cheque, debit and credit cards. Please make cheques payable to Johnsons Henley Ltd.
The final balance for your holiday is payable 8 weeks prior to the date of departure. The due date and amount is shown on your confirmation invoice.
Please note that reminders are not sent. The balance due dates on air & cruise holidays 14 weeks prior to your date of departure.
You will receive your Holiday Travel Pack 7 to 10 days prior to your holiday. This will contain luggage labels, your home pick-up time, hotel address and telephone numbers and any extra information regarding your holiday.
On the day of your holiday, pack your case and wait for the doorbell to ring.
For your comfort and relaxation ALL departures are operated by our own high specification Club Class coaches.
Each has extra passenger legroom, comfortable reclining seats, plus toilet and hot drinks facilities as well as great sightseeing from the high passenger deck. Once booked, your seat number is reserved for the whole holiday.
Please note that you are required by law to wear your seat belt at all times when the vehicle is in motion.
We understand that you want total relaxation and peace of mind on your holiday and thats why all our holidays include our FREE door to door home pick-up service.
Your holiday begins as soon as your friendly driver arrives at your front door, so just pack your suitcase and wait for the doorbell to ring! Well take care of your luggage too! For the majority of customers this service is free of charge Please see the details on the map alongside.
Our door to door services are provided by our own car and mini-coaches, or reputable hired in taxis.
You will be required to share your door to door vehicle with other passengers.
For homes outside the red line, please call us for a surcharge price.
You can also join our holidays by driving to our coach depot in Henley-in-Arden and leaving your car in our secure car park for the duration of your holiday. Our car par is secure and well lit, but of course all cars are parked at the owners risk.
Friends or family can drop you off at our depot in Henley-in-Arden and collect you again at the end of your holiday, and well reduce the cost of your holiday by £25 per person.

Book a Seat Only on any of our holidays as a means to travel to and from a resort. These can be booked from 8 weeks in advance of the departure date. The price includes our door to door service, return coach travel and any lunches and entrance charges included in the itinerary for the outward and return journey.
