To Birmingham Airport for the one hour flight to the Isle of Man.
Today, we board a steam train for a ride through lovely countryside from Douglas to Port Erin. We continue via Port St Mary and the picturesque Cregneash Folk Museum, as well as the Calf of Sound, returning via the southern town of Castletown.
We include a ride on the Snaefell Mountain Railway, which at 2,036ft offers some spectacular views (weather permitting!) of the island. Then on to the famous Laxey Wheel and Mines Trail.
Today's excursion takes us to Rushen Abbey located near Ballasalla with its fascinating, 'Story of Mann'. We continue to Castletown and Peel before returning to our hotel.
A day at leisure in Douglas. Perhaps visit the Manx Museum, admire the Jubilee Clock or stroll along the stylish seafront.
We visit Tynwald, home of the Manx Parliament, where we include a visit to the mills. In the afternoon we include a visit to the Curraghs Wildlife Park.
We make our way to the airport to join our one hour flight to Birmingham and return home.
