To the north, Ben Wyvis dominates the horizon and to the south are the Drumossie Hills. Inverness has fine shops, a woollen mill and lovely walks along the river-side. Ample time here to explore at your leisure before later returning to the hotel for the evening meal.
After a leisurely breakfast join the coach and travel to nearby Dalwhinnie where we enjoy a tour of the famous distillery with a wee dram tasting session included! Returning to Newtonmore for the remainder of the afternoon.
Today we travel westwards and pass by Loch Laggan and Loch Spean, through Spean Bridge to Fort William which is situated on Loch Linnhe. Ample time to explore the town before we retrace our route back to Newtonmore.
