The castle square, with its traditional open-air market and the town's historic Castle provide the perfect backdrop for this popular festival. This small town has a large reputation for good food and drink, and will feature well over 100 quality small independent food and drink producers from the Marches, the England-Wales border country.
Malvern's annual pageant of food, fruit, forestry and flowers gives a flavour of the countryside at its autumnal best. Enjoy the rich coloured blooms of the Gardening Show. Marvel at giant vegetable exhibits and relish the taste of homemade food and wine.
The Shrewsbury Food Festival was born from a passion for great food and offers something a little different. With over 200 of the country's best artisan producers setting up shop, top chefs on hand to impart some of their culinary whizz, plus live music and a whole host of activities to choose from, this has fast become one of the best festivals in the UK.
Set on the permanent site in Builth Wells, the Show has been held for over 100 years and is a great day out. There will be displays of top quality livestock, over 1,000 trade stands selling produce and handicrafts, along with main ring entertainment and attractions.
