It can feel strange waking up alone on Christmas Day. This can be a challenging time for most people, and perhaps difficult to know what to do with your time. Beingg alone at Christmas does not have to be a negative experience and we have tailored a beautiful package to encompass the traditional feel of Christmas and full of festive cheer. Come and share this joyful experience with fellow single travellers, with amazing food - you will be in great company!

Sataurday

We journey north to Trentham Estate at Stoke-on-Trent. Here, there’s ample time for a spot of lunch and an opportunity to explore the popular Shopping Village & Garden Centre, before continuing to our hotel for our 4-night stay. Welcome tea and mince pies on arrival, followed by a 3-course dinner.

Sunday

Breakfast and Christmas morning at leisure. Traditional Christmas lunch with a visit from Santa. The afternoon is at leisure with the Queens Speech shown at 3.00pm. Relax with tea/coffee and cake. Festive buffet dinner is followed by a quiz night.

Monday

After a leisurely breakfast we drive to Salford Quays - Manchester's unique waterfront destination with shopping, art, drama, history and truly world class architecture - You name it and you will find it at the Quays. We then take the short drive into Manchester where we take our seats for 'Peter Pan' at the Opera House Theatre Manchester. Tonight's carvery dinner is followed by live entertainment.

Tuesday

After breakfast we visit the beautiful city of Chester. We include a ‘Ground Floor’ Guided Tour of its magnificent Cathedral before some free time at leisure to explore. Return to hotel for our farewell dinner.

Wednesday

Departing after breakfast we head south, pausing for a suitable lunch stop en-route, returning home in the afternoon.
