LUXURY TRAVELLER UPGRADE TOUR
The pretty shing town of Looe is a truly delightful and picturesque place, separated into two towns of East and West Looe by the River Looe owing out to sea. The small harbour is still a busy shing port and watching the hustle and bustle as the shermen return home with their catch is a wonderful way to appreciate the town.

Friday
A morning departure to Cornwall arriving in the afternoon for our 4-night stay.
Saturday
Saturday Today we visit Port Isaac which is a traditional ?shing village with a vibrant local community in north Cornwall and home to the TV series Doc Martin starring Martin Clunes. It is a truly picturesque village with steep, narrow winding streets lined with whitewashed cottages that head down to the harbour.
We will then travel on to Padstow - a colourful and ancient town with old, crooked streets that slope down to the working harbour, whose produce has been made famous by Rick Stein's television series and acclaimed Seafood Restaurant.
Sunday
The impressive Eden Project is our destination today. Built as a global garden telling the story of man's developing relationship with plants, the project creates three of the world's climatic zones - our own temperate climate outside and inside, plus giant 'covered biome' conservatories for the humid and warm regions.
Monday
Monday A morning excursion to Polperro, a coastal village that was once a thriving centre for the area's smuggling activity. Today, in cellars where furtive smugglers once dodged the customs men's muskets, you can see displays of local crafts and ?shermen's smocks. We return for an afternoon at leisure in Looe.
Tuesday
After breakfast we depart on our homeward journey to the Midlands.
Situated on the quayside of West Looe overlooking the River and East Looe, the Portbyhan offers stunning views from its unrivalled position. The restaurant offers fantastic views across the quayside, and the bar area has regular entertainment. Mobility Grade: 3. The locality is relatively at with a few steps at entrance. Isolated steps throughout the hotel but the hotel has a lift.
