As winter turns to spring, this beautiful resort blossoms. Spring flowers begin to provide an array of colour and the bay starts to turn to blue again. Sidmouth is a small, unhurried and unspoilt resort of charm and elegance, with a flat promenade and dignified Regency buildings set amidst beautiful coastal scenery.

Thursday

A leisurely journey to Sidmouth, making a suitable stop for lunch en-route, we arrive at our hotel in the afternoon for our 4-night stay.

Friday

A day at leisure for you to explore and enjoy all that Sidmouth has to offer, not forgetting the beautiful Connaught Gardens.

Saturday

We travel to the cathedral city of Exeter. On arrival we will enjoy a Guided Tour of the city with an afternoon to explore at leisure.

Sunday

We drive to Exmouth where we include a leisurely river cruise. The Exe is a feeding ground for seals so keep a watchful eye open as we sail through the calm sheltered waters of the Exe. With live commentary this cruise will give you a full insight into the history and scenic splendour of the area including the resident and visiting wildlife.

Monday

We commence our homeward journey, arriving home during the afternoon.
