Cruise through the peaceful waterways of the Broads from Wroxham, explore the historic city of Norwich, visit timeless Southwold and the celebrated Bressingham Gardens and Steam Museum, then spend a day at the magnificent Blickling Estate with its Jacobean house, gardens and parkland.

Day One: Arrival

Travelling to East Anglia, we make a stop for lunch in Ely before arriving at our hotel during the afternoon.

Day Two

A free day to explore and discover the delights of Great Yarmouth.

Day Three

We begin the day with a visit to Wroxham and the charming Norfolk Broads where we enjoy a cruise around the picturesque Broads. In the afternoon we head to Norwich, where a visit to the Cathedral is a must, also cobbled Elm Hill and the Castle Mall shopping complex

Day Four

We visit the timeless and delightful resort of Southwold, little changed since Victorian times. In the afternoon, we head inland to Diss for a visit to Bressingham Gardens and Steam Museum - the gardens are renowned the world over for their excellence.

Day Five

We enjoy a full day visit to Blickling Estate(NT), one of England's great Jacobean Houses. It is famed for its spectacular Long Gallery and collections of furniture, pictures, books and tapestries. The gardens are full of colour throughout the year and the extensive parkland has a lake with beautiful woodland and lakeside walks. We have a chance to explore and maybe enjoy a drink and bite to eat.

Day Six

Departing after breakfast, we journey home.

The Imperial Hotel is an independent hotel, managed by the owners, with attentive service and modern facilities. Hotel facilities include 3 restaurants, bar, sun terrace and lift access to the rooms.
