Sunday

We drive north through the Scottish Borders arriving at our hotel in time for dinner and our 4-night stay.

Monday

After breakfast we drive to Edinburgh where we are treated to a mornings Guided Tour of the 'Capital of the North'. In the early evening, meet the hotel management team for a glass of champagne before enjoying a 4-course gourmet 'Taste of Scotland' dinner with selected wines from the hotels cellar which is followed by an informal traditional Scottish ceilidh evening.

Tuesday

The university town of St. Andrews and the East Fife fishing villages are our destinations today. Discover the cathedral and castle ruins before we continue to Crail and Anstruther, before returning via the delightfully named Pittenweem and St. Monans. Hogmanay commences with a welcome champagne cocktail and canapé reception before you join in a right Hogmanay "Hoolie" as we welcome in the New Year with Scottish food and entertainment.

Wednesday

An easy start to 2025 awaits you with a New Year's Day Brunch. Relax in the leisure club or simply take it easy in the lounge. Get the New Year off to a prosperous start with a 'Race Night' and gourmet buffet.

Thursday

Departing after breakfast we travel home, arriving at our local area during the evening.
