Escape back into the world of Thursford this Christmas! The Christmas Spectacular is an extravaganza of non-stop singing, dancing, music, humour and variety. It’s a fast-moving celebration of the festive season featuring an eclectic mix of both seasonal and year-round favourites. With a cast of 130 this is the biggest Christmas show of its kind in Europe!

Set in the magical surroundings of mechanical organs and fairground carousels, with a cast of 130 professional singers, dancers and musicians – many of whom are West End performers, the shows deliver an extravaganza of non-stop singing, dancing, music, humour and variety. The lavishly decorated auditorium is a riot of Christmas colour with thousands of twinkling lights and festive decorations to rival a Hollywood film set. It’s a fast-moving celebration of the festive season featuring an eclectic mix of both seasonal and year-round favourites, with famous and much-loved chart toppers being sung alongside traditional carols. On Pages 32-34 We are pleased to offer a great selection of 1 & 2-night Breaks to the perennial favourite.

Depart from Henley-in-Arden we travel out via Peterborough to North Norfolk and the Le Strange Arms Hotel, Signature Collection by Best Western

Saturday

This morning is free for you to either relax in the hotel or explore Old Hunstanton. The hotels’ location is a stone’s throw away from the beach. Return to the hotel in time to freshen up before
leaving for Thursford and its Christmas Spectacular. This Norfolk Show is the largest Christmas production in England and is a celebration of Christmas with choirs, carols, and the best organs including the mighty Wurlitzer playing.

Sunday

Departing after breakfast we visit the National Trust's Oxburgh Hall, a moated manor house with a Tudor gatehouse and accessible Priest's Hole. Built by the Bedingfeld family who still live here, the rooms show the development from medieval austerity to Victorian comfort and include a display of embroidery by Mary Queen of Scots and Bess of Hardwick. We return homeward in the afternoon.
