During the afternoon we continue to our hotel at Clevedon
Time to explore the charming seaside town of Clevedon, whose elegance and appeal has plenty to offer all ages. Here, sand gives way to a pebbled shoreline, backed by largely unspoilt Victorian architecture. The restored Grade I listed pier dates from 1869 and is recognised as one of the finest in the country. We then continue to the great seaside resort of Weston-Super-Mare. Here we find all the traditional seaside attractions, including the famous beach donkeys! The wide sweep of Weston Bay has miles of clean sandy beach and a level promenade boasting superb views over the Bristol Channel. We return home in the late afternoon.
