We drive into the scenic Cotswold's, pausing at Bourton-on-the-Water. Regularly voted one of the prettiest villages in England, Bourton is often described as the 'Little Venice' of the Cotswold's, and has a unique appeal to visitors and residents alike. There is plenty to see and do with a wealth of attractions and shops, restaurants and tea rooms, or simply for you to enjoy some tranquil time by the River Windrush with its beautiful bridges throughout. Later, we continue to our hotel in Swindon for our 2 night stay.

This morning we head for Longleat House and Safari Park. We have time to view one of the most beautiful stately houses in Britain - home to the 7th Marquess of Bath, followed by a visit to the magnificent gardens created by Capability Brown. We also enjoy a tour of the Safari Park, the UK's first drive through Safari Park, with unrivalled views of some of the most exotic animals in the world!

After breakfast we check out of our hotel and we head to 'STEAM' - The Museum of the Great Western Railway, which is housed in a beautifully restored Grade II railway building in the heart of the former Swindon railway works. In the afternoon, we return to the pretty little medieval market town of Burford. Little changed over the centuries, Burford is popular with visitors, both for its beauty and history, but also for its shopping, especially antiques, and for the wide variety of places to eat, with restaurants, pubs and teashops.
