All Tours

St Ives - We drive to St Erth where we board the local train for the short journey to St Ives. Here we discover one of Cornwall’s best loved resorts with its cobbled streets, winding alleyways, historic harbour and quaint fisherman’s cottages. A mecca for artists for many years, the town is home to the Tate Gallery St. Ives.

The Lost Gardens of Heligan - This morning we visit The Lost Gardens of Heligan, where you’ll have plenty of time to explore the 200 acres of garden history, mystery and romance. Twenty-five years ago, Heligan’s historic gardens were unknown and unseen; lost under a tangle of weeds. It was only the chance discovery of a door in the ruins that led to the restoration of this once great estate. Today, the Lost Gardens have been put back where they belong: in pride of place among the finest gardens in Cornwall.

Additional Included Excursions on 7 Day Tour

The Lizard – We stop on-route at picturesque Porthleven before travelling via Helston then on to the Lizard, Britain’s most southerly village. During summer, clamouring colonies of kittiwakes and guillemots inhabit the cliffs and the turf is carpeted with fragrant flowers.

The Eden Project – If you’ve never been before, then prepare to be astounded! If you’ve been before you’ll be keen to see the developments taking place in this living theatre of plants for all seasons. Eden, located close to St Austell is Cornwall’s ‘Global Garden’ and is an on-going,

long-term project that is situated inside giant geodesic conservatories, creating gardens from around the world including sub-tropical rain forests, fruits of the Mediterranean and flowers of South Africa and California.
