Once the compelling capital of Saxon kings, the ancient city of Winchester is now a peaceful and picturesque escape in the southern county of Hampshire. Enjoy the festivities of Christmas from this ancient city and the bustling Christmas Market at nearby Salisbury.

Wednesday

Depart from your home area late morning, arriving in the afternoon at the Norton Park Hotel. Tea/coffee served on arrival. Pre-dinner drinks before a 3-course dinner, followed by a leisurely evening.

Thursday

Enjoy a full English breakfast before we make our way to the magnificent cathedral city of Salisbury, where we are free to explore. Upon return to hotel, tea, coffee and mince pies to be served before a three course four choice dinner.

Friday

Merry Christmas! A hearty breakfast will be served from 7.30 - 10:30am. Sit back and enjoy your welcome glass of fizz followed by a Three-course traditional plated Christmas lunch. The afternoon is your own. The King's Speech will be shown at 3.00pm with tea, coffee and Christmas cake in the Bar. Your evening meal is a relaxed affair with casual grazing boards.

Saturday

This morning we head into Winchester for a morning stroll and explore the wonderful City. In the afternoon Tea, coffee and mince pies will be served in the Scene Bar and Lounge. The day ends as we enjoy a sumptuous farewell dinner.

Sunday

Departing after breakfast we commence our journey home, arriving during the early afternoon.
