Sunday

En-route to our hotel we travel
via the gardens of Levens Hall in the
Southern Lakes where there are twelve
wonderful acres of gardens to explore.
From here, it’s a short drive to our hotel
for our 4-night stay.

Monday

Today, we visit Lakes
Aquarium on the southern shore of
Windermere. The Lakes Aquarium is
home to hundreds of amazing
creatures, showcasing local wildlife.
Also, enjoy a 45-minute cruise on
Lake Windermere.

Tuesday

A leisurely return steam train
journey on the Ravenglass and Eskdale
Steam Railway from the coastal village
of Ravenglass through the foothills of
the Lake District National Park.
We continue to Muncaster Castle, Gardens, Hawk and Owl Centre.

Wednesday

We make our way to the
magnificent Holker Hall and Gardens.
Tour the house and discover the
distinguished library, elegant drawing
room, and ornate dining room.
This afternoon we visit the Lakeland
Motor Museum, housing some 30,000
exhibits including cars, bikes, tractors
and all kinds of memorabilia.

Homeward Bound.
