Monday

A leisurely journey to the West Country pausing for a suitable stop for lunch en-route.

Tuesday

This morning we have a short drive to nearby Torquay, where we have time to look around, explore the harbour and the town centre before we return to Paignton where the afternoon is free for you to discover the town and enjoy a stroll along the seafront.

Wednesday

A superb day out with 'Steam and Cruise' theme. In Paignton we joi the Dartmouth Steam Railway for a delightful and nostalgic ride along the coast and across the harbour to historic Dartmouth. We have time for lunch and to explore the town before we enjoy a 1-hour cruise along the beautiful River Dart. Afterwards we take the ferry to Kingswear and join the train for the ride back to Paignton.

Thursday

Todays excursion takes to historic martitime City of Plymouth. The city has a great naval history, stretching back to the time of Sir Francis Drake and the Spanish Armade to today's ultra-modern navy dockyards. Explore the Hoe, see the famous Mayflower Steps, visit the town centre and obtain lunch. During the day we include a boat trip on the Tamar around the harbour and naval dockyards.

Friday

After breakfast we check-out and head for home.
