Seemore Party Weekend 2026

DAY ONE

We depart this morning and travel to the vibrant city of Bristol. On arrival, we are welcomed at the stylish Harbour Hotel where tea, coffee and pastries will be served, providing the perfect opportunity to meet fellow Seemore members and begin our weekend together.

From here, we cross the street to join a fascinating guided tour of Bristol's largest air raid shelter, hidden beneath the historic Corn Exchange. Led by a knowledgeable guide acting as a wartime Air Raid Warden, we discover the story of Bristol during the Blitz, seeing evidence of wartime damage above ground before descending beneath the city streets into a remarkable underground time capsule.
Exploring one of the best-preserved WW2 air raid shelters in the country, we view original wartime posters, drawings left by shelter users and hear moving personal stories from Bristolians who lived through the raids. The experience concludes with a demonstration of authentic wartime artefacts before we return to street level.

Following our tour, enjoy free time in Bristol's historic Old Town, perhaps browsing the independent traders of St Nicholas Market, exploring the city's charming streets or simply relaxing in one of the many cafés. We then head back to the Harbour Hotel for a leisurely included lunch.

Later this afternoon, we continue to the Aztec Hotel & Spa where there is time to settle into our rooms before dinner and an evening of entertainment.

DAY TWO

After breakfast, we make the short journey to Aerospace Bristol, home to an impressive collection celebrating the region's rich aviation heritage.
Discover fascinating exhibits charting over a century of aerospace innovation, from early flying machines through to modern aircraft and space technology. The highlight of our visit is the opportunity to see Concorde Alpha Foxtrot, the last Concorde ever built and flown.

Adding to this unique experience, we enjoy an included afternoon tea beneath the wings of this iconic supersonic aircraft, creating a truly memorable setting for our Seemore weekend.

Returning to the hotel later this afternoon, there is time to relax before another enjoyable evening with dinner and entertainment.

DAY THREE

Following breakfast and check out, we travel to the beautiful cathedral city of Wells.
Our visit includes admission to Wells Cathedral, one of England's finest medieval churches. During a special guided talk, we learn more about its remarkable history, architecture and place at the heart of this charming Somerset city.

We then enjoy an included lunch at The Crown at Wells, conveniently located in the town centre. Afterwards, there is a little free time to explore Wells at your own pace, perhaps browsing the independent shops or enjoying views of the Cathedral and Bishop's Palace.

This afternoon, we begin our journey home, arriving back during the late afternoon after another memorable Seemore weekend with Johnsons.
