Overlooking the beautiful coast of South Devon, the 4-star Thurlestone Hotel is a lovely destination for a relaxing break. It is the oldest family run hotel in the UK, being owned by the Grose family since 1896.

Sunday

Travel south to Kingsbridge, arriving during the afternoon before a short transfer to our hotel. Settle in and enjoy a welcome drinks reception followed by dinner.

Monday

Visit Saltram (NT), a magnificent Georgian mansion set within tranquil parkland and gardens, offering a fascinating glimpse into life on a grand country estate.

Tuesday

Travel to Dartmouth, home to the Royal Naval College, and enjoy a scenic Dart River Cruise. Return via Start Bay, passing Slapton Sands and the Sherman Tank Memorial at Torcross.

Wednesday

Enjoy an excursion to the elegant seaside town of Sidmouth on the Jurassic Coast, with time to stroll the Esplanade, explore shops or relax by the beach before returning to the hotel.

Thursday

After breakfast we depart our hotel, returning home in the afternoon.
