A fantastic Turkey & Tinsel break, in one of our favourite destinations. Enjoy all the fun of the festive season at the award winning Winnock Hotel set in the centre of Drymen village, amongst the stunning scenery of the Trossachs, just a short distance from Loch Lomond. Enjoy the season's spirit with festively themed entertainment, a complimentary bar each night and even guaranteed "snow"!

Friday

We begin our pre-festive break with our exclusive home pick-up service, join your tour coach and travel north across the border into Scotland with comfort stops en route.

Saturday

Today we have a full day in Edinburgh, time to visit its famous sights including Edinburgh Castle, Holyrood Palace, and the Royal Mile. The Scottish Capital literally sparkles with Christmas cheer, with its Christmas Markets full of seasonal merchandise and delicious treats.

Sunday

After a leisurely breakfast we'll travel along the banks of Loch Lomond, and on to Inveraray. overlooking the still waters of Loch Fyne, Inveraray is a traditional county town of Argyll. Established in 1745 by the 3rd Duke of Argyll, head of the powerful Clan Campbell, the town is an absolute set piece of Scottish Georgian architecture. Key buildings that are worth visiting include the neoclassical church, and Inveraray Jail and courthouse, now an award-winning museum that graphically recounts prison conditions from medieval times up until the 19th century. We'll then return to our hotel to relax and enjoy some time before dinner this evening.

Monday

Today we travel through Aberfoyle and over the Dukes Pass to Loch Katrine, a drive often listed as one of the most beautiful in Britain. We continue via Callander to Stirling, rich in history and legends, which has one of the largest and most important castles in Scotland.(admission Included).

Tuesday

Departing after breakfast we commence our journey homeward.
